So.. yet again I find myself lagging in keeping the site up to date. I’m not sure how proper bloggers do it… but I find life just gets in the way and all my good intentions just vanish. Anyhow…. this summer marked a milestone birthday

Another year, another try at the Ride for Heart.  The annual fundraiser that closes down 2 major highways in downtown Toronto to allow pedestrians on to walk, run or ride. We were originally going to opt out this year since we had a major bathroom
