The Final Stretch From Riding Mountain National Park, we headed further west to Winnipeg. A quick stop here to catch up with friends and work before our return to Ontario. Winnipeg This time around since we weren’t in town long, we stayed at a hotel

Manitoba second round From Edmonton, we head further east. Today was the longest travel day of the trip. We were in the car for 12 hours to reach Riding Mountain National Park.  Luckily the kids were fantastic, colouring, some tablet time and overall just arbitrary

Our journey continued from Calgary into the foothills rather quickly and in the mountains… Gobsmacked by the sheer beauty of it all, we made our way to Banff National Park. Hiccup Amidst admiring all of the beauty we suddenly heard a pop and uh ohhh…

….AND MORE DINOSAURS….. Awoke early in the morning and packed up ready to head on our next adventure…. Drumheller and the Royal Tyrell Museum in Drumheller. Royal patronage was bestowed upon the museum in 1990. (I suppose this is technically our 2nd brush with royalty.
